Georgia is all-in for the 2019-20 season and subsequent two-three years thanks to their investment in recruitment.

The Bulldogs led all of college football in recruiting expenses during the 2018, racking up over $2.6 million in expenses.

Even more incredibly, that number is over $800,000 more than the next-largest spender in Texas.

Georgia has been one of the best teams in college football in recent history, especially since the hiring of Kirby Smart as the team's head coach in 2015. The team famously lost in overtime to Alabama in the 2018 National Championship Game, and is consistently in the top-10 rankings throughout the year.

There's no doubt recruiting a key component of their success, as is similar with the Clemson Tigers recruiting program. The Tigers recruiting budget skyrocketed to $2.9 million in just over 10 years, signaling a specific approach to focusing on targeting the best players for their program.

Georgia's total financial output for just this season almost tops that number, showing the world that the Bulldogs are committed to having talented players in its locker room for the next few seasons. Georgia hopes that strategy brings them even more success going forward, with championships leading the way.
