Gerrit Cole got his first taste of the swarming New York media, as the $324 million man was asked a handful of questions, ranging from whether or not he will shave his famous scruff to why he chose the Yankees.

Cole was a bit shy in the video clip, as the 29-year-old signed autographs for fans. Judging from the beaming smile he gave towards to camera, it's safe to say that Cole is delighted to be a Yankee. Surely, the money doesn't hurt matters.
The latest "Made Man" in the Bronx will be introduced formally sometime in the middle of this week, with Wednesday being the absolute "earliest" date.
