This is a nice, small sample size for Yankees fans to take in. Cole is on the mound doing what he does best, and all the batter can do is swing and pray for contact.
Cole is a legitimate superstar, and Yankees fans are getting a player who is at the peak of his game.

Unofficially, Cole threw 27 pitches while facing 8 batters. He whiffed 5, allowed 2 hits and induced a pop out.

Seeing Cole looking like he is in midseason form when it is only February is a great sign for Yankees fans. The team is spending a fortune on the right-hander, and now it is on him to prove he is worth all that money.
