VIDEO: Giannis Antetokounmpo Tries to Put an End to Apparent Beef With James Harden
By Jerry Trotta

A captivating beef between two of the NBA's prominent superstars, James Harden and Giannis Antetokounmpo, appeared to take form when an interview surfaced of the former responding to the latter's supposed dig during the nationally-televised All-Star Draft. Well, after Antetokounmpo caught wind of Harden's response, the reigning MVP attempted to mitigate the tension ahead of the Milwaukee Bucks clash against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday night.
"There's not back and forth. ... At the end of the day, if that's what [James Harden] believes, that's what he believes."

"I'm not the type of guy to take stabs at somebody," said Antetokounmpo. "Maybe sometimes it comes out like that, but I'm just trying to do my job which is win games and go back home to my family. At the end of the day, if that's what he believes that's what he believes. I can't say anything about it. I've just got to keep being focused."
Well, so much for that. A gripe between Harden and the Greek Freak would have been a glorious narrative to help fans push through the final months of the 82-game regular season.
For those who missed Harden's response to Giannis' supposed insult, have a look:

Yup, Harden definitely isn't pleased with the Bucks' superstar.
It would appear that all that's left to do now is wait for The Beard to respond to Antetokounmpo's proverbial white flag. Only then will we know if we can stick a fork in this beef.
