Giannis Antetokuonmpo Hints at Potential Bucks Move on Twitter as NBA Offseason Heats Up
By Michael Luciano
The 2019 NBA Offseason is in full swing, as the main story in the league for the next month is going to be the destinations of all the big-name free agents out there.
Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo, apparently hinting at something big brewing in Milwaukee, tweeted the ever-vague eyes emoji. What exactly does Bucks GM Jon Horst have up his sleeve?
The general consensus among the armchair Sherlock Holmes of the world on Twitter is that Giannis is calling for Al Horford to link up with the Bucks. This comes after Horford declined to pick up his 2019 player option with the Boston Celtics, reportedly because he is seeking a four-year deal elsewhere.
Could Giannis even be alluding at one of the big fish free agents? I guess we'll have to wait and find out.
The Bucks could look a lot different next year, as Khris Middleton, Nikola Mirotic and Brook Lopez are all slated to hit the open market. That possibility doesn't worry Giannis, who has already taken to recruiting free agents, albeit in the most vague way possible.
