The New England Patriots get on the scoreboard first, thanks to an assist from the New York Giants. After a three-and-out by the Giants offense, New York went for the obvious punt. New England had immense pressure at the line of scrimmage, which resulted in Giants linebacker Nate Stupar being blocked into the punt of Riley Dixon. Patriots rookie defensive end Chase Winovich grabbed the floating ball out of the air, and walked into the end zone to give the Patriots the 7-0 lead.

If you wanted a physical example of the Giants performance on Thursday night, this is it.
