Giants Reveal Awesome 'Fan Cutout Program' for Season Ticket Holders
By Michael Luciano

Even though the 2020 MLB season will be played in a bunch of empty stadiums, the San Francisco Giants are going the extra mile to make sure that fans will, in some form or fashion, be in attendance at Oracle Park.
The Giants have come up with a pretty unique program to put fans in the stands. Season ticket holders will be allowed to submit an image that will be blown up into a cardboard cutout. The cutout will be placed in their seat during Giants games.
The Giants have told season ticket holders that they won't have fans at games this year. They will have a Fan Cutout Program, allowing them to submit an image to be placed in the stands during home games.

Several soccer teams in the English Premier League have already tried this format, and it seems to have been a success over in England.
While some have lampooned this idea, claiming the stands will look like a game of "Guess Who", some are all in on this concept, even asking for fake beer to be added to their cutouts.

Giants diehards might not be able to head down to Oracle Park and watch their favorite team in Gabe Kapler's debut season, but at least the team has come up with a pretty cool way to make sure that the stands are filled with San Francisco fans on game day.
