New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones has had a solid season thus far, throwing 18 touchdowns since taking over as the starter. Though his turnovers have been a concern, the team has a potential franchise QB to work with.

While Giants fans have been enjoying the last two games from Eli Manning during Jones' absence due to injury, the team is going back to their first-year signal caller for Week 16 against the Redskins.

Manning has served the Giants well over his 16 years with the team, throwing for 366 touchdowns, good for seventh all-time, and winning two Super Bowls. However, Manning is clearly nearing the end and is helping usher in a new era with Jones.

While he has the most turnovers out of this entire rookie group, Jones is toward the top in TD and has only played 11 games. Also, his QB rating is much higher than those of players picked higher than him in other drafts.

It's a shame to see NFL all-time great Eli Manning (potentially) end his career on this note. This moment should be bittersweet for Giants fans knowing their QB of the future is developing nicely.
