The 2020-21 New York Giants are going to look entirely different than the all-over-the-place Giants from the year prior.

This time? It's all about discipline.

Not only have Dave Gettleman and the Giants introduced new head coach Joe Judge this offseason, but they're entirely revamping the coaching staff with veteran presences around him. After welcoming Jason Garrett as the new offensive coordinator earlier this week, the Giants are bringing in New England Patriots defensive line coach Bret Bielema, formerly the head man at both Arkansas and Wisconsin.

The Giants seem to have made taking rival coaches a habit, as both Judge and Bielema are most recently of the Patriots, and Garrett is, of course, a long-time Dallas Cowboy. Wherever they came from, all that matters is that they've had success.

Compared to the Giants' 36 sacks, the Patriots accumulated 47 sacks throughout 2019, and had a +21 turnover ratio compared to the Giants' -17.

Bielema will be a valuable addition to the Giants' coaching staff no matter what role he plays. Any coach that comes from beneath Bill Belichick is likely well-trained, as Belichick is one of the greatest coaches of all time.

After serving as consultant to the head coach for the Patriots in 2018, it might be safe to say Bielema learned from Belichick, and could be a valuable resource for the Giants in 2020.
