C's Rookie Grant Williams Literally Bought a Holiday Gift for Everyone in the Celtics Office
By Adam Weinrib

Grant Williams seemed like an on-court battler and valuable contributor back in his Vols days, but everything we've heard about him since he's made the leap has painted him in an even more positive light.
Turns out, the bulldog is more importantly just a certified good dude.
Per those in the know, Williams' holiday cheer extends beyond teammates to his entire support staff. Williams showed love to the entire Celtics office today to hand out "thank you" candles to literally everyone.
.@Grant2Will came to the Celtics office today and handed out candles to every employee as both a holiday gesture and as a thank you for everyone’s hard work. No other player in the 11 yrs I’ve been here has done something like this. He did it as a rookie. He is a special person. pic.twitter.com/Qp2dcZ3p30

Never seen this from a veteran. Kid's a rookie.
Williams has shone on the court and in the locker room as a Bostonian thus far. The 20-year-old undersized power forward has done all the little things for 14 minutes-per-game thus far in his brief NBA career, but more importantly, he's been a major contributor in reinstalling the light that went out in Boston's locker room during the Kyrie Irving era.
it would appear that Grant is still very much Grant. #VFL @Grant2Will / #NBAVols https://t.co/oaqe8nEsiZ

A little gesture of goodwill can go a long way. It can also be indicative of the type of person you've entrusted the future of your franchise to.
