It was about time that Harry Kane stepped up and announced that his heart is in North London. For months, Kane to Manchester City rumors have run wild, with plenty of folks expecting him to make the switch before the deadline.
However, with talks between Spurs and City clearly dying, Kane has come out and announced that he won't be leaving the club this summer. Finally.
