Fans have to be careful to not get into a hole of watching this on loop. He almost looks like a cartoon character as he gets that good extension in on every step.

This is surely an odd sight to see and it may hinder Kentucky and LSU fans from getting into the seriousness of the game.
What is his motivation for such a stride? Avoiding cramps is one guess. The other is clearly that this ref is going to new lengths to make the game about himself. At least that is what fans of the losing team may say.
