Alex Bregman Gets Baseball Twitter Fired up With Simple and Cryptic Tweet
By Adam Weinrib

Alex Bregman's Twitter account was savaged by hackers in recent weeks -- whoever took over the account left only an Alex Cora photo behind before the Astros' third baseman wrested the controls back.
With that timeline in mind, everything Bregman tweets from hereon out will be viewed under the microscope. Every tweet is more meaningful when there are only two tweets in your arsenal, after all.
So, with that being said, just before a week that could determine the future of the 2020 MLB season...what does this mean, Alex?

Hmm? Hmmm?!?
In a rarity for the Houston Astros these days, most of the folks in Bregman's replies seemed to have a unified goal.
We want baseball as long as y’all get paid

Good to see folks coming out in favor of players' rights.

As long as things are safe and both the players and owners feel appropriately compensated, almost all fans want baseball back this summer. Astros haters won't get the glory of a socially-distanced brawl, but that shouldn't matter much right about now.
It’s time?

If it's time, it's time. Stay tuned.
