Iconic Rams WR Isaac Bruce Elected to Pro Football Hall of Fame

Yet another member of the St. Louis Rams' "Greatest Show on Turf" is headed to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
On Saturday, longtime star wide receiver Isaac Bruce learned he was headed to Canton to join former teammates Kurt Warner and Marshall Faulk in immortality as a member of the class of 2020.
He joins Troy Polamalu and a slew of other stars who got the call to the Hall.
Throughout his 15-year career in the NFL, Bruce was the gold standard of what it meant to be an all-around threat at wide receiver. He amassed 1,024 catches for 91 career touchdowns, and his 15,208 career receiving yards rank fifth all-time.
A four-time Pro Bowler and a Super Bowl champion, Bruce had eight seasons of 1,000 or more receiving yards. He led the league in that category in 1996 with 1,338, one of the three times he managed to eclipse the 1,300-yard mark.
Bruce also knew how to show up when his team needed him most. The man averaged 84.3 receiving yards per game across his five playoff runs with the Rams.
He's everything a team could have ever asked for at the wide receiver position, and he'll now get to take his rightful place alongside the game's greatest players when he's enshrined in August.
