VIDEO: Jose Ramirez Hits Grand Slam and 3-Run Shot in First 2 at Bats Back From Injured List
By Scott Rogust

Cleveland Indians slugger Jose Ramirez was on the injured list for the better part of a month due to a broken hamate bone. That all changed on Tuesday night, as Mr. Lapara made his return to the team in the final week of the regular season. Ramirez wasted absolutely zero time getting back at it, as his first at-bat against the Chicago White Sox saw him smash a grand slam in the top of the first inning.
In his 1st AB since having hand surgery...

Ramirez wasn't done just yet, either. With Cleveland holding a 5-0 lead in the top of the third inning, Ramirez hit a three-run homer to deep left field in his second at-bat.

Jose Ramirez's return couldn't have come at a better time, as the Cleveland Indians are continuing to fight for an AL Wild Card spot. Perhaps he's even got more magic up his sleeve before the night is over.
