How to Live Stream the Game
The matchup will be televised on WGN, SportsTime Ohio and MLB Network at 2:10 p.m. ET. Further streams can be found on the MLB Streams subreddit.
The Indians enter this game coming off a 2-5 loss against the White Sox in the first game of the series. Pitcher Carlos Carrasco (3-3) will take the mound and look to build upon his success in his last start against the White Sox, where he lasted five innings, allowing just two hits with no runs and six strikeouts. Carrasco has been much less effective on the road (7.71 ERA) than he has at home (2.49 ERA) this season, so the Indians are going to need the bats to come alive if they have chance at winning this game.
Indians Lineup
The Indians will deploy Francisco Lindor at the top of the order, with Jason Kipnis and Carlos Santana backing him up in a lineup that has struggled through the first quarter of the season.
With Carrasco's road ERA being so incredibly high, the Indians may need to prepare for the worst with him, and be ready for an all-out slugfest.
White Sox
On the side for the White Sox, they enter this game after a four-home run outburst in their last game against the Indians, with Yoan Moncada blasting two in the game.
The White Sox have been turning a lot of heads this season, even with their top prospect Eloy Jimenez on the injured list. They rank 17th with 187 runs scored (4.7 runs per game), and rank sixth in batting average with a collective .256. Pitcher Manuel Bañuelos will get the start in this early afternoon game, as he looks to find some success after struggling in his past two starts. In his past couple of outings, he's gone only 7 innings with 14 earned runs on 18 hits with an 8:5 K:BB ratio.
Like Carrasco, Bañuelos has also had his struggles, so the White Sox may need to do more of what they did on Monday if they hope to sweep the Indians and move closer to .500.
