Ja'Marr Chase really proved Brian Kelly wrong

If Brian Kelly had his way at Notre Dame, it turns out that Ja'Marr Chase wouldn't have been a wideout. Yup, when Kelly, now at LSU, was recruiting Chase when he was coming out of high school, he wanted Chase to play cornerback.
Chase ended up going to LSU, winning a National Championship and becoming a first-round pick as a wideout. Now, Chase is one of the best young WRs in the game. Kelly must feel foolish now.
Ja'Marr Chase said Les Miles told him he couldn't play WR when he was coming out of HS. Wanted him as a CB, Chase said. That seems like .... a miscalculation on Miles' part.

The NFL wouldn't be the same if we didn't have Chase on offense and defense instead. Luckily, Chase never made his way to Notre Dame and he balled out for LSU instead.
