VIDEO: Ja Morant Dedicated Win vs Lakers to Twitter User Who Trash Talked Him During Grizzlies Losing Streak
By Mark Powell

Ja Morant, like most professional athletes in the social media age, doesn't forget. The Grizzlies had been in the midst of a disappointing losing streak, in which they saw their lead for the No. 8 seed in the Western Conference shrink considerably. Saturday night was a different story, however, and the Grizz defeated the West's best team, the Los Angeles Lakers, handily in some home cooking. After the game, Morant dedicated the win to a random Twitter user who trash talked him a week ago.
After a game-high 27 points and ending the Grizzlies losing streak, Ja Morant says this performance was dedicated to a Twitter commenter who said he didn’t have the fire in his eyes anymore.

So, evidently, Grizzlies fans can thank Daniel Greer for Morant's most recent breakout performance. Who is Greer, you might ask? This guy.

We don't know why or how, but Morant singled this guy out. One 27 point, 14 assist performance later, the Grizzlies are back on track, still holding on to a 2.5 game lead on the Zion Williamson-led New Orleans Pelicans for the final playoff spot out West.
