Jacoby Brissett's Goofy Brain Buster Tweets Are Rightfully Going Viral After Andrew Luck Retirement
By Sean Facey
The person most directly affected by Andrew Luck's retirement is his backup, Jacoby Brissett. All eyes are now turned towards him as he embarks on his journey to fill Luck's shoes.
And he's doing a fantastic job, at least in the personality department. The 26-year-old's goofy brain-busting Tweets are deservedly going viral as he steps into the spotlight in Indianapolis.
This is exactly what you want to see out of your quarterback, a man who's constantly asking questions!
Each and every one of them is a gem. Some pertain to football, such as his musings on, "Which part of the pig's skin is actually a football?" Others are scientific in nature. For example, he asked his Twitter followers, "What's on the other side of a black hole?"
He even gets philosophical, questioning, "Why do we still use toothbrushes more than once" considering that "they get dirty after the first use"?
Brissett is clearly a thinking man, if a bit of a goofball, and that's absolutely perfect to fill in for Luck. The Colts have gone from one quirky and fun quarterback straight onto the next.
Colts fans might be feeling down about the retirement of their franchise star, but if they really need to cheer themselves up, they need only take a glance at his successor's Twitter feed.
