Jaguars RB Travis Etienne out for season
The worst fears have come true for the Jacksonville Jaguars and rookie running back Travis Etienne. On Tuesday afternoon, it was announced that the speedster's sprained foot is actually a Lisfranc tear.
Because of this, the expectation is that the 2021 first-round pick will now be out for the rest of the season. This is just brutal news for him and head coach Urban Meyer.
Etienne, the No. 25 overall pick, was expected to line up at both running back and receiver this year for Jacksonville. Now, fans will have to wait until next season to see what this kid is made of.
