Jalen Reagor's Mom Flips Out on Skip Bayless After He Trashed Eagles' First-Round Selection
By Michael Luciano
Skip Bayless' draft analysis is really something else. Not only did he declare the Philadelphia Eagles dumb for picking TCU speed demon Jalen Reagor in the 2020 NFL Draft, but his evidence for said claim was listing the next four wideouts taken, three of whom were generally ranked as inferior prospects as compared to Reagor, while simply claiming they were better without any proof.
Well, this didn't get past the Reagor family, on this beautiful holiday weekend.
Reagor's mother Ishia Johnson invited Bayless to "watch the Reagor show" in 2020, boldly declaring that "old man" Bayless will "sing a different song" after watching him play.
The first Eagles-Cowboys game of 2020 will be the first time Bayless actually watches Reagor play.
Reagor's production might have fallen off extensively in the 2019 season, but that can be attributed to some truly mediocre quarterback play. Reagor's explosive speed, which some claim is in the 4.2 range, will help him burn a weak Cowboys secondary more than once in the next few years, and his ability to contort his body to make difficult catches sets him apart from other stud WR prospects.
Give Reagor some time to mesh with Philly's complicated offense, and Carson Wentz should give him some solid quarterback play for the first time in forever. Given how he might have more opportunities than Cowboys rookie CeeDee Lamb as a rookie, Reagor might actually be more productive.
