Jared Dudley Claps Back on Twitter After Rapper Sammy Adams Called Him a 'Bum'
Jared Dudley was not a major contributor for the Los Angeles Lakers in Sunday's win over the Boston Celtics. But he is still a Laker and tweeted his excitement about the win.
Well, Boston rapper Sammy Adams saw the social media post and, clearly upset about the Celtics' loss, decided to take out his frustrations on the veteran role player, ripping Dudley in an NSFW tweet.
Shots fired, and seemingly out of nowhere.
Dudley's tweet did not seem controversial at all, and not even he expects himself to be a major contributor for the team. Still, he drew the wrath of the mediocre rapper, who labeled the 34-year-old a "f***in bum."
The veteran NBA player took the insult in stride and clapped back with a hilarious response, taking a shot at Adams' rapping abilities. Dudley held back from saying more because, after all, it's Sunday.
Dudley managed to get a shot in at Adams' lackluster music and ultimately took the high road after the baseless attack. He can have solace in the fact he is in fact in the NBA and Adams was at home watching on his couch.
