Jarvis Landry Says Browns Might Not Be as Good as They Thought They Were

Going into the 2019 campaign, many of us out there thought the Browns were the real deal. Fans in Cleveland were getting set to return to the postseason, while others even believed they had a shot at winning the Super Bowl with an impressive leap from Baker Mayfield in his second year, replete with new weapons.
Heading into Week 6, the team is 2-3, coming off an embarrassing loss on the road to the San Francisco 49ers on Monday Night Football. Plain and simple, this team may not be as good as we thought they were.
You know who is echoing that statement? Star receiver Jarvis Landry.

Hey Jarvis, this probably isn't the best way to try and fill the seats at FirstEnergy Stadium. He's not wrong, though. This team has been a major disappointment.
Two weeks ago they took down the Ravens in Baltimore, making everyone believe perhaps they were getting ready to show the NFL they were contenders and not pretenders, fueled by Nick Chubb's resurgence.
Boy, that sure didn't go well.

Though there's still plenty of time for Cleveland to turn things around and get in the postseason, we wouldn't bet on an extended run. They're a team filled with stars who can't seem to put everything together. Landry's comments tell us all that and more.
