Jay Cutler's Behind-the-Scenes Attitude on 'Very Cavallari' Reportedly Wasn't Charming at All
By Adam Weinrib

While those of us laypeople were shocked by the news of Jay Cutler and Kristin Cavallari's sudden divorce proceedings, it seems like those who knew the couple better likely didn't have to pick their jaws up off the floor.
According to those who worked with the pair on their reality show "Very Cavallari," Jay's behavior when the cameras were rolling was quite different than how he carried himself when he wasn't exposed to the public eye.

As a source told US Weekly, “Jay’s really good with the cameras. When the camera comes on, he knows how to play the camera. When the cameras were off, he was not warm or as charming the way he was on the show.”
Considering the 37-year-old former NFL quarterback isn't exactly known for particularly upbeat behavior in any context, it's not a shock that long days on set and a maximum effort to exude some form of perkiness would weigh on him after a while.
If I’m Jay Cutler, I’m sending this to my divorce attorney right now after Kristin Cavallari wants $5 million from me for a mansion and then called me lazy. pic.twitter.com/V6MQ0AyP2x

The two parties announced intentions to divorce on April 26, and the drama between them hasn't halted since. Hopefully, the next several months show us a more amicable separation.
