Jerry Jones Has Done Nothing But Hold the Cowboys Back by Sticking With Jason Garrett This Long
By Scott Rogust

Even with their recent woes, many pundits and experts believed the Dallas Cowboys would bounce back on Thanksgiving afternoon against the Buffalo Bills. That proved to be far from the case, as the Bills had their way with the Cowboys throughout the game, winning 26-15.
If you happened to watch the game, you could see Cowboys owner Jerry Jones grow increasingly frustrated at his team's performance. He had the look of an owner ready to kick his head coach to the curb.

However, Jones stressed during the postgame media scrum that he has no desire of making a coaching change and will stick to his reported plan of waiting things out until season's end. On top of that, he said moving on from Garrett this late in the season will hinder their chances of making a deep playoff run.
Is Jerry even watching this team? The furthest Garrett could take the Cowboys throughout his tenure was to the NFC Divisional Round. How is this year any different?
Jerry Jones is emotional while talking to reporters. Tears in his eyes. “I’m not going to make a coaching change.” Jones said he still believes this team can make a deep playoff run. He said they have zero chance of doing that without Jason Garrett

There are clubs in the NFL that would kill for the amount of talent that the Cowboys boast. It's as clear as day Garrett's decision-making and play-calling have dragged them down to .500. He's been the one holding them back all along!
On Thursday afternoon, the Cowboys put 426 total yards of offense on the Bills defense but scored just 15 points. That's embarrassing and inexcusable, just like the play Garrett drew up on 4th and goal in the third quarter.
If Jerry Jones doesn’t fire Garrett tomorrow, he’s complicit with pathetic #Cowboys mediocrity!

Fire Garrett, promote Kris Richard! Richard won’t cost the Cowboys any games they were going to win, and it’s a legit audition for a Head Coaching candidate!
Does Jerry want to win his first Super Bowl since 1996, or have a "Yes Man" as his head coach? The legacy of the Dallas Cowboys is sinking with Jason Garrett at the helm, but Jones is still sticking with his puppet, even though it's doing more harm than good. The fact he's kept him for this long is a testament to how the organization has been unable to win the game game for over 20 years.
