I guess the NFL is a little more lenient with penalties these days when they know the home team is bad at football? With the Jets driving during Sam Darnold's return to the field, guard Brian Winters got a shot in on Tyrone Crawford for a little extracurricular action after the play. No flag? No flag. Play on.

What's the point of encouraging business like this? Whom does it benefit?
Also, it turns out the Jets didn't even need any help on an effortless first drive, dismantling the Cowboys defense for their first lead of any kind since... Week 1 against Buffalo.

Though this nonsense somehow found a blind eye, it was still undisciplined, and a similar maneuver could bite the Jets in a key moment in this game, which is bound to be tight. Take this as a warning. Play the game the right way if you have any shot at stealing it.
