Preseason Week 2 is upon us! The second wave of preseason exhibitions will begin with a smattering of matchups on Thursday night. The New York Jets will face off against the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday for their second preseason clash in as many years.

New York got the better of the Falcons in last year's preseason exhibition, earning a 17-0 victory in quarterback Sam Darnold's first taste of NFL action. Darnold will start again in this year's meeting, as will Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan, who sat out of the Falcons' first two preseason games.
The quarterbacks may both be missing their top weapons, as all indications point to Le'Veon Bell and Julio Jones remaining on the sidelines Thursday.

This should be a fun game between two teams with high hopes of bouncing back this season after a tough 2018. The Jets lost to the Giants in their preseason opener, while the Falcons took losses against Denver and Miami.
