The tragedy of Kobe Bryant's death has shaken the world to its core. Fans, celebrities and friends continue to pour out stories about how great of a man Kobe was, but Jimmy Fallon's tale was one to remember.

Fallon was torn up about the death of his friend who he obviously shared a close relationship with. The story the late night host shares is touching because it shows Kobe's personality of never giving up in a situation that seemed impossible.

Bryant and Fallon shared the same story four years ago where the two made light of how lost they were in the big city of Los Angeles.

Bryant was also on Fallon's show early in 2019 and talked about his relationship with his daughter, Gianna, and how she was becoming a fierce competitor like her dad. Gianna was of course one of the nine who perished in the devastating helicopter crash.
