JJ Watt's Response After Returning for Playoff Run Should Get Texans Fans Amped
By Andy Loughmiller

The Houston Texans should get a boost on defense with J.J. Watt being taken off of injured reserve in time for the NFL playoffs. His return doesn't come without risk, however.
Watt has acknowledged that there's a possibility that he will sustain further injury, but he believes he has recovered enough to be able to get back on the field just two months after surgery.
#Texans DE J.J. Watt acknowledges "there's an element of risk involved" in returning 2 months after torn pec, but "there's nothing I want more" than to play in playoffs. Says he felt so good a couple days after surgery he started asking questions. Kept the door open. Now, back.

What a guy. Would you not want him lining up next to you in a do-or-die game?
The star defensive end suffered a torn pectoral muscle back in Week 8. Many people expected him to miss the remainder of the season, but Watt's drive and passion to play the game he loves has upended that timetable.
He will practice this week with the goal of being ready to go for the first round of the playoffs.
JJ Watt will practice and is expected to play in the playoffs.

Watt's eagerness to help his teammates this postseason and willingness to accelerate his rehab process proves he's ready to do whatever it takes to lead Houston on a deep playoff run. He's missed so much time due to injuries over the years, and this is arguably the best Texans team to make the playoffs since he's been in Houston.
You can be he's not going to miss an opportunity to shake up the AFC playoff picture.
