JJ Watt undergoing season-ending surgery

Just when you thought things were going smoothly for the Arizona Cardinals, the team has been dealt a massive blow. On Wednesday night, NFL insider Adam Schefter dropped a massive report on JJ Watt.
Unfortunately for the Cards, the star pass-rusher will need to undergo surgery on his injured shoulder. Just like that, his season is done.
Cardinals’ DE J.J. Watt will undergo what is now likely to be season-ending shoulder surgery, sources tell ESPN. No date set yet for surgery.

Watt injured himself over the weekend, but still finished things out. The hope was that things weren't serious, but Watt will now have to sit out the rest of the year. Arizona is a perfect 7-0 heading into their showdown with Green Bay for Thursday Night Football.
