Clippers Reportedly Signing Veteran Center Joakim Noah

The Los Angeles Clippers have reportedly made a move to shore up their depth at center as they steel themselves for the oncoming postseason.
Veteran center and two-time NBA All-Star Joakim Noah is reportedly signing on with the team as they try to secure one of the top seeds in the Western Conference.
Noah has struggled to find a place for himself in the league after he emerged as a star with the Chicago Bulls, and he has yet to play this year. Since 2015, he has spent time with the Bulls, New York Knicks, and Memphis Grizzlies.
He has appeared in 124 games over that span of time, and just 49 of them as a starter.
Injuries have played a huge role in the former Defensive Player of the Year's fall from grace. He simply hasn't been healthy enough to play solid minutes.
For a team like the Clippers, though, he's the perfect addition. He's a low-risk, high-reward signing who could give them the defender and rebounder they need alongside Ivica Zubac and Montrezl Harrell. It's not every day that a former First Team All-NBA player is available for basically peanuts.
Though modest, this acquisition could end up being a perfect kind of pickup for the Clippers as they round out their roster for the final push towards the playoffs.
