Johnny Manziel's fall from grace is well-documented, as he went from one of the biggest football stars around at Texas A&M to a laughingstock that was more concerned about partying than producing on the gridiron after entering the NFL as the No. 22 overall pick back 2014. Well, if there was ever a metaphor that sums up Manziel's forgettable pro career, it's the latest video he posted on Instagram. Checkout the former Cleveland Browns quarterback's epic fail at cliff-jumping into Lake Pleasant in Arizona.

For starters, Manziel is extremely fortunate that he was able to generate enough momentum that pushed him away from the cliff before slipping. Conveniently enough, that brings us to another relevant analogy about the former Heisman Trophy winner: he was more concerned about looking cool and landing a backflip than he was about sticking the landing.

Manziel thankfully made it out of this scary fall unscathed. However, it's impossible to deny that this is practically a live demonstration of how quickly the 27-year-old's football career crashed and burned.
