Josh Hart Trolls Himself on His Birthday With Reference to Rihanna Instagram Comment on Hoodie

New Orleans Pelicans guard Josh Hart was able to maintain his sense of humor in the wake of recent embarrassment at the hands of LeBron James. On Friday, Hart's birthday, he was seen in a custom black hoodie displaying an Instagram comment that pop singer Rihanna recently left on a photo of James dunking over Hart.

In the photo, James is seen posterizing Hart. Rihanna made an effort to look out for the guard's well being on social media by posting a comment asking if anyone had checked on Hart.

In an act of good faith, Hart proudly bore a self-aware hoodie, which he received as a birthday present, displaying the pop phenomenon's concern for his well-being.

Hart credited the gift to the Instagram user @winterpapi, who has an anonymous, private account on Instagram with zero posts.

Since being traded to the Pelicans, Hart has averaged a career-high 10.2 points and 6.4 rebounds per game. He’s started 14 of 55 games this season, becoming one of Alvin Gentry’s key cogs off the bench as a capable shooter and defender.
