Justin Fields was clearly over the Matt Nagy era

The first year of Justin Fields with the Chicago Bears didn't even come close to going according to plan. Fields, a first-rounder from Ohio State, didn't take off the way people were hoping he would.
There's plenty of debate that former Chicago Bears head coach Matt Nagy held him back. From the looks of Fields' latest comments, it looks like he's happy that Nagy is no longer with the team.

Fields: "We’re kinda just trying to re-culture or getting the culture in the building. I don’t think our culture was the best culture last year."
That's a pretty telling quote from Fields. He's happy that there's been a big change with Chicago, as he's looking to take a big step in 2022. We'll see if he'll be able to do so.
