VIDEO: Kemba Walker Baptizes Mavs With Clutch Stepback 3-Pointer
By Michael Luciano
The Kemba Walker show hasn't stopped in Boston, and it looks every bit as spectacular as it did during his days with the Charlotte Hornets. Walker and the Celtics pulled out a late win over Luka Doncic, Kristaps Porzingis and the Dallas Mavericks thanks in large part to Walker's eight three-pointers on the night. The prettiest one by far was his late stepback that had Dwight Powell totally confused.
The Celtics are 8-1 with Walker running the show, and Brad Stevens is finally able to run an offense centered around ball movement and threes rather than the iso-ball Kyrie Irving requires. As a result, Boston has flourished, and are once again contenders in a very winnable Eastern Conference.
