Kevin Durant Says Kobe Bryant is 'Top 5' of All Time

One way or another, Kobe Bryant always finds his way into the discussion as one of the greatest players to ever set foot on an NBA court. Some have him as the greatest, others have him trailing the likes of Michael Jordan and LeBron 'King' James.
Fans and players alike will debate forever where he lands on the list of superstars.
Now, Kevin Durant is making his position on Kobe's ranking among the greats of the game just a little bit more clear. While he didn't give a specific list, the former MVP said that the Los Angeles Lakers legend is a "top 5" player of all time.

While there seems to be a general consensus Bryant is one of the best to ever do it, that still obviously leaves plenty of room for discussion. Who does he have ahead of him or behind him? Where does Bryant actually fall among those five?

A perfectly reasonable explanation for a perfectly reasonable take.
Where Durant truly ranks Bryant all time still remains to be seen, and it may be a while until we find out. For now, though, we at least know that he has the man who helped bring the Lakers five NBA titles among the top five players ever.
