The New York Giants-Dallas Cowboys Monday Night Football game was interrupted by some wildlife at MetLife Stadium, as a stray black cat wandered out onto the field, delaying the game until animal control dealt with the situation. Whenever something truly outrageous happens on an NFL field, you need to pray that Kevin Harlan is on the call. Luckily, Harlan had the call on radio, and described the cat's 15 minutes of fame as only he could.

He even managed to work a sponsor read into that call. What a pro.

Harlan has long been the authority on putting a voice to the most ridiculous moments in football, as evidenced by his immortal call of a streaker running on to the field during a Rams-49ers Monday Night game a few years back.

You never know what will happen on Monday Night, I guess.
