Klay Thompson Confirms He Only Has a Flip Phone
By Brady Williams

Amid rehab and speculation about when the star shooter of the Golden State Warriors will return to the hardwood, we know at least one question has been answered. In a press conference Sunday night, Klay Thompson confirmed to NBC Sports Authentic reporter Kerith Burke that he has a flip phone, and he uses it regularly.
Thompson also stated that he has taken up fishing as a hobby to unwind during the stressful months of rehabilitation following the devastating ACL injury he sustained in the NBA Finals last year.

Speculation began when Thompson showed up to his Washington State jersey retirement ceremony with a flip phone, and proclaimed, "Business never sleeps."

Business may not sleep, but neither do the fans, some of whom uncovered an old promotional tweet from Thompson back in Dec. 2018.

Regardless of the validity of Thompson's remarks, at least Klay is still being Klay, even when he's stuck off the court. Fishing, flip phones, and "China Klay" are all pretty much par for the course for the superstar, and most fans wouldn't have it any other way.
With the Warriors sitting at 12-45 on the season, it'll be nice for the fans to know Klay Thompson is still baffling.
