VIDEO: Kobe Bryant Fan Has Stunningly Perfect Off-the-Cuff Summary of His Impact on Local Los Angeles Newscast
By Scott Rogust

Los Angeles has long embraced Kobe Bryant ever since the Lakers acquired him in a draft night trade in 1996. Bryant solidified his spot at the top of the Lakers franchise, past the likes of Magic Johnson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. In 2020, Los Angeles' representative icon passed away tragically in a helicopter crash, which also claimed the life of 13-year-old daughter Gianna, among seven others. Vigils were held outside the Staples Center, and one news reporter interviewed a Kobe fan, and his summation of Bryant's impact in Hollywood -- given no time to prepare -- is spot-on.

This was perfect.
As this gentleman states, they don't make individuals like Bryant anymore, in terms of work ethic. He thrived on outworking everyone else, and in turn, it made him a legend in La La Land.
