VIDEO: Orange Bowl Officials Screw Virginia Out of Turnover After Clear Kyle Trask Fumble

Virginia overcame a rough start to the Orange Bowl, but there's no guarantee they can survive a battle against Florida and the officiating. A Kyle Trask fumble appeared to turn the tide, as Virginia was celebrating a turnover that despite being called down on the field, seemed like a sure thing to be reversed via replay. Once again, the officials provided us with a head-scratcher.

Sure, Trask is lodged between two Virginia defenders, but upon pausing the replay one can clearly see the ball pop out just before the Gators QB hits the ground.
Florida, out of the oh-so-powerful SEC, does not need any help in this one. Check your zebra stripes at the door.
