Kyrie Irving Checking Out Apartments on Upper East Side of Manhattan Fuels Free Agency Rumors

The NBA free agency rumor circulating at the moment is that point guard Kyrie Irving is going to sign with the Brooklyn Nets or New York Knicks. Even his Instagram is hinting at a move closer to his home in New Jersey.

This ought to add some fuel to the fire. Irving was spotted looking at apartments in the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

And how could you not notice those orange shoes? As if Knicks fans needed more fool's gold.

As you can imagine, Knicks fans are losing their mind over this development, even though it doesn't mean anything about where he's going to sign. We have no real evidence that Irving is even looking at apartments for himself, or that he intends to live on the UES. For all we know, Kyrie is visiting a friend, since he is from the area.
