VIDEO: Kyrie Irving Has NSFW Response to Haters in Wake of Recent Criticism
By Jerry Trotta
Like clockwork, Kyrie Irving has proved that a move out of Beantown wasn't enough for him to quit his persistent eye-opening criticism of teammates. After the Nets' loss to the 76ers on Wednesday night, Irving uncorked a lengthy harangue about Brooklyn's unhealthy and pedestrian roster. Well, in his first presser since his widely-lambasted comments went viral, Uncle Drew clapped back at his cynics to, once again, assert that he isn't a cancer to the Nets locker room. He wrapped things up with an NSFW request for said haters.
If we learned anything from this clip, it's that Irving couldn't be less bothered by the critique he received. The All-Star point guard even went as far as to say that he is a "pillar" and very "communicative" inside Brooklyn's locker room.
That's interesting, because his quote after the loss to Philadelphia suggested that he does the exact opposite behind the scenes.
Irving clearly doesn't have the self-awareness to acknowledge when he's in the wrong, and that has led to him receiving his fair share of flak. However, just know that if you slander his name, he'll punch right back.
