LeBron James Idea to Entertain Fans During COVID-19 Pandemic is Everything We Need Right Now
By Jerry Trotta
The coronavirus crisis has fueled an unprecedented live sports hiatus. Never before have we all been forced to be without action entertaining us on a daily basis.
Now more than ever, we need our heroes to step up, and Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James appears ready to take that challenge head on. The four-time MVP took to Twitter on Wednesday night with an awesome idea to entertain fans during quarantine, and it's literally everything we need right now.
The time of James' tweet suggests he tuned into ESPN's re-airing of Game 7 of the 2016 Finals, when his Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the 73-win Golden State Warriors to complete a comeback from a 3-1 series deficit.
The Cavs became the first team in NBA history to accomplish such a feat, and it stands as one of the greatest achievements of LeBron's historic career.
The King breaking down this series, along with the shipment of his other iconic moments as a pro, would be a great escape to all the fans struggling to find ways to captivate themselves while self-isolating.
Seriously, who wouldn't enjoy revisiting those moments?
Please, LeBron: run with this idea and don't look back.
