Watching two of the best teams in the NBA go head to head sounds like a great way to end a Saturday as the NBA season approaches the halfway point.

The Western Conference-leading Lakers travel to Philadelphia to take on the 76ers with Los Angeles' road trip coming to a close. With LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Ben Simmons and others taking the court, this is a must-watch primetime matchup.

How to Live Stream 76ers vs Lakers

The game will tip off at 8:30 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on ABC. The matchup can also be streamed via the Watch ABC app and the NBA Streams subreddit community.

The Lakers are coming off back-to-back wins against the Knicks and Nets. LBJ recorded a triple-double in what ended up being a convincing win over Brooklyn in the team's last game out. An all-around team performance with six players scoring 10 or more points was what put Los Angeles over the top, and they'll be looking to recreate that chemistry against Philly.

The 76ers need a bounce-back performance against a daunting opponent after dropping a tough one against the Toronto Raptors. Philly has a steep hill to climb and is still without All-Star center Joel Embiid, though the big man continues to progress nicely in his return from injury.

Simmons will need to carry the load once again if the Sixers want to pull off the upset.
