Lakers Will Officially Introduce Anthony Davis on Saturday With LeBron James in Attendance
By Max Scoli
The Los Angeles Lakers have their plan in place to unveil newly acquired superstar Anthony Davis on Saturday. The usual suspects will be present for the occasion in general manager Rob Pelinka and head coach Frank Vogel, but LeBron James is also expected to be in attendance as the organization rolls out the dynamic duo side by side for the first time.
Both players are just a year removed from being members of the All-NBA First Team, and it is likely that their trend of excellence will continue. The two stars have become friends off-the court, giving reason to believe that LBJ and AD will mesh together nicely in Los Angeles.
Things are finally looking up for a Lakers organization that has failed to make the playoffs in the last six seasons. Winning is an expectation in Los Angeles, and the organization's staff did what they needed to do to restore order to a basketball city in chaos.
