Lamar Jackson extension doesn't seem close

Baltimore Ravens fans everywhere are waiting to see when Lamar Jackson will be signing an extension with the team. However, it doesn't seem like the conversations between the QB and front office are even going on.

The latest update is sure to make fans nervous out there. The last thing they want to see is any kind of drama between the two sides.

Asked about the possibility of Lamar Jackson not signing an ext. this year, Bisciotti said: "Unless he has a change of heart and calls Eric and says I’m ready. But it’s like, Eric can’t keep calling him and say, ‘Hey Lamar, you really need to get in here and get this thing done."

Jackson is one of the best dual-threat QBs in the game. His speed makes defenses lose sleep at night. While he battled injuries last year, he should be in line for a big 2022. Whether or not he gets a big raise before Week 1 arrives remains to be seen.
