The race for Lane Kiffin between SEC programs has ended and let's just say that the man got paid.
News broke earlier this morning that Kiffin has signed a five-year deal with Ole Miss and it's worth $21 million. The Ole Miss Rebels are all in on the former FAU head coach.

Yesterday Kiffin was announced as the Ole Miss head coach after heavy pursuit from the Arkansas Razorbacks.
Since Lane Kiffin became head coach of Florida Atlantic in 2017, the Owls have won the C-USA title two times and have now had two 10-win seasons.

During the past couple of seasons at FAU, Kiffin transformed the program, having won Conference USA twice along with two 10-win seasons.
With Ole Miss deciding to part ways with former head coach Matt Luke after three seasons, the program wasted little time bringing in Kiffin to try and right the ship. Luke went 15-21 in his time with the Rebels.
Kiffin brings plenty of excitement with him to town. Now, it's time to see how he can do now that he's back in the SEC. With the Early Signing Period set to start on Dec. 18, he'll have to get the ball rolling with recruiting, no doubt.
