Laquon Treadwell Era With Vikings Appears to Be Over
By Jerry Trotta

The narrative surrounding former Ole Miss stud wideout Laquon Treadwell has become more irritating with each passing season, and the Minnesota Vikings appear to be fed up with waiting him out.
A report broke earlier in the month that that Minnesota was looking to trade the former 2016 No. 23 overall pick. Flash forward nearly two weeks later and the organization is still searching for a potential buyer, and if they can't find one in the near future, Treadwell will be released.
The #Vikings are moving on from former first-round pick Laquon Treadwell, source said. They will work to trade him, but if no trade, he’ll be released.

The narrative surrounding the 24-year-old has truly been one of the more baffling NFL storylines in recent years. How does a guy go from posting 202 receptions, 2,393 yards, and 21 touchdowns over three seasons in the SEC to just 35 receptions for 302 yards and one touchdown across three campaigns at the professional level?
Treadwell was one of, if not THE NCAA's most imposing WR for those three seasons. He became a household name across the nation and most scouts and pundits presumed that his undeniable talent would translate to the league.
As we know, that was anything but the case and insider Josina Anderson understands that there's a 50-50 chance that Laquon is traded or released.
Source on #Vikings WR Laquon Treadwell: "Working on trading him first." Characterized probability at this time as, "50-50" chance.

Stay tuned for updates, folks. The Vikings appear determined to rid themselves of the Treadwell stank as soon as possible.
