The Cleveland Browns 2020 hype train only continues to grow. Myles Garrett has been reinstated, and the Browns had a strong 2020 NFL draft, taking offensive tackle Jedrick Willis from Alabama with the No.10 overall pick. Now that Jarvis Landry is back on track to return to full form, Cleveland looks ready to contend.

After the 2020 Pro Bowl, Landry revealed he had been struggling with a hip injury all season long. In February, Landry underwent surgery on his injured hip. Now, he's reporting that his rehab is moving along ahead of schedule.

The surgery's initial six-to-eight month recovery period left open the possibility for Landry to miss regular season time.

However, Landry's update suggests that he will be back by August. That gives him time to work with the team in the preseason, and get back to 100% for the regular season.

The Browns first regular season game is on the road against the Chicago Bears on Aug. 15, 2020. Landry could be back in time for that matchup, and help the Browns get off on the right foot.
