There's never a quiet moment for Ezekiel Elliott and the Dallas Cowboys.

According to TMZ, the Dallas Cowboys are being sued for allegedly conspiring with the Frisco Police Department to cover up a car crash involving star running back Ezekiel Elliott from 2017.

Per the report from TMZ, the man behind the lawsuit is named Ronnie Hill, and he claims that Elliott ran into Hill's BMW 750 while on his way to the Cowboys' training facility.

The accident allegedly cost Hill more than $33,000 in damages, and he claims it was so severe that the two cars were physically "wedged together," to the point where a tow truck had to separate them.

Hill alleges that a Cowboys coach, Gary Brown, had personally guaranteed him the organization would "take care of everything," but failed to follow up on their promise. The incident reportedly occurred around a playoff game for the Cowboys, which Hill seems to believe played a role in the team covering it up.

TMZ reports that Hill is suing both Elliott and the Cowboys, seeking $20 million in damages.
